Dear clients, the total additional costs borne by the buyer of real estate in Croatia amount to about 7% of the total price of the real estate, which includes: real estate sales tax (3% of the real estate value), agency/intermediary commission (3%+VAT on commission), attorney's fee, notary's fee, court registration fee and costs of officially certified translation (approx. 1%). Before visiting the property, a mediation contract is signed.
